Complete Savings is an online cashback programme, ideal for people who regularly shop online. Members can claim a Welcome Reward, as well as a Monthly Bonus , discounted Gift Cards and 10% Cashback at over many online stores. Complete Savings is a leisure savings programme that helps you do more of what you love and save money! Members enjoy a wealth of discounts, exclusive offers and cashback savings on leisure activities, entertainment, and travel.

To become a member of Complete Savings, you must sign up online and agree to the Terms of Service. You also must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the Republic of Ireland.

You may be offered the opportunity to sign up to Complete Savings after completing a purchase or reservation on the website of one of our marketing partners.

Complete Savings offers all members a 30-day trial period for only €5 and in some cases, the trial period may be free. To learn more about the terms and conditions for the first 30 days, please check your welcome email. You will get the opportunity to learn about and take advantage of every benefit that the programme has to offer. Following the trial period, you will be required to pay a monthly membership fee in order to continue receiving discounts, special deals, and cashback savings on a variety of products, including electronics, fashion, travel, and much more. You can keep your subscription active for as long as you like.

If at any time you are not completely satisfied with your membership, you can cancel it at any time.

Customer Services will confirm once your membership has been cancelled. Once it has been cancelled, you can continue to use the service and enjoy its benefits until the end of the current contract period. After the end of the contract period, you will no longer have access to the service.

Simply log in from the homepage of the Complete Savings website (www.completesavings.ie) using the email address and password you selected when you signed up. We send every member a Welcome Pack email on the day they join, and you can find these details in this email.

You can view and update your membership details in Account. If your email or postal address changes, or if your credit or debit card for billing expires, please update your personal details on this page.

Cashback is simply receiving a set amount or a percentage of the value back when you make a purchase through our network.

Earning cashback is easy with Complete Savings. All you need to do is log in to the Complete Savings website and click through to any of the retailers, offering cashback, and shop as you usually would. The cashback will be tracked automatically, then you have to click on “SEND MY CHEQUE” to get your Cashback. Once you've earned €5 cashback or more, we'll post a cheque to you at your Member Profile address. If you've earned less than this, we'll roll the Cashback over to the next month. You can earn a maximum of €300 cashback each month. Cashback is paid on the net value of purchases, excluding VAT, all other taxes, surcharges and any additional costs such as delivery.

The Welcome Reward is a benefit provided to you when you sign up. It can only be claimed once. You will need to make a second purchase after enrolling in the program at the store through which you signed up. Remember that by making your purchase through Complete Savings, your transaction is registered, and you can apply for your benefits automatically without the need to send us your proof of purchase. In case your transaction does not register, simply complete and submit the Welcome Reward claim form on the Earnings page.

Finally, you can always send us your proof of purchase via email to welcomereward@completesavings.ie be sure to include your subscription details, such as your name, email and customer number.

You can claim your Welcome Reward once. Please make sure that:

You make a second online purchase at the retailer you joined through, or as otherwise outlined in your membership details.
If you have made a second purchase on the same date, forward us by email both complete order confirmations.
Your membership is active when you make the second purchase.

You send us the purchase or booking confirmation receipt within 90 days of joining us.

You can claim a Monthly Bonus every calendar month. Please make sure that:

You make an online purchase at the retailer you joined through, or as otherwise outlined in your membership details.

You send us the purchase or booking confirmation receipt within 30 days of making the purchase/booking.
You did not claim your Welcome Reward with the same purchase.
Your purchase is made for personal use only.

As a member of Complete Savings, you not only benefit from a 30-day trial and Welcome Reward, but you can also receive an ongoing Monthly Bonus when you shop online and 20% on Gift Cards. On top of this, you can get 10% cashback at over 100 retailers. These offers are in addition to any other offers the retailer is promoting at the time. Retailers in the programme are subject to change, please see our terms and conditions for more information.

Your cashback will be tracked automatically, and you will be able to claim your payment via cheque once you reach €5 cashback or more. If you have earned less than this, we will roll the cashback over to the next month.

However, if your transaction does not appear on your Earnings page after 5 days, please fill out the Transaction Claim form. Please make sure that:

A Gift Card is a physical card delivered to your doorstep with the chosen value loaded onto it. It can be used for full or partial payments online or in-store, with any remaining balance securely stored for future use.

An eGift is an electronic Gift Card delivered to your email inbox, loaded with the value you selected, it's perfect for online or in-store shopping.

To purchase a Gift Card or eGift

Simply log in to your Complete Savings account.
Select GIFT CARDS in the main menu to explore available Gift Cards and eGifts offers.
Click on the "SEE OFFER" button of the specific Gift Card or eGift you're interested in.
Click on the "SHOP NOW" button to make your purchase and enjoy immediate savings of up to 20%.

As long as you are a member of the Webloyalty Programme, you may purchase in any calendar month Gift Cards or eGifts up to €100 from Gift Cards/eGifts marked as "Top Offer" and up to €100 worth for other Gift Cards or eGifts.

For Gift Cards:

Processing for Gift Cards takes approximately 2-5 business days. Your order will then be posted within 1-3 business days. During busy times, like Christmas, please allow 5 business days for delivery. Allow an additional 2 business days for activation.

We offer different delivery options, so please refer to the checkout page for more information regarding the delivery option of your choice.

If you wish to send a Gift Card directly to another address, you may specify the name/address at Checkout.

For eGifts:

The eGifts will be delivered directly to your email inbox, loaded with the selected value and ready for online or in-store use.

If you wish you can also send an eGift directly to another email address. Your recipient can redeem their eGift for purchases online or in-store.

Generally, to receive your Amount Available you have to click on “SEND MY CHEQUE” on the Payments page and the cheque will be posted directly to the address you supplied in your Profile when signing up to Complete Savings.

Please make sure your details are correct. If you have not registered your address and details, we will not be able to send your cheque and your Cashback will accumulate in your Amount Available on the Earnings page.

You will be able to request your Amount Available once you have reached a minimum of €5.
If the Amount Available is less than €5, you will not be able to request the total amount of your Earnings by cheque.

Once you click on 'SEND MY CHEQUE' on the Payments page, our team needs to process it and arrange the payment. Please allow 30 days for us to deliver your Welcome Reward and/or Monthly Bonus cheque and/or Cashback cheques. You can track your Cashback on the Earnings page.

Remember that you need a minimum balance of €5 to be able to request your Amount Available. If you have not yet registered your address and details, you can add it on the Profile page.

Simply access the Payments page and you will be able to claim your available balance by clicking on the " "SEND MY CHEQUE"

WLY*COMPLETESAVE.IE or COMPLETESAVE.IE or CASH.COMPLETESAVE.IE 1800 806 167 is the text which appears on your bank statement to reference your membership with the Complete Savings programme.

Participating stores validate purchases within 5 days of purchase, depending on the withdrawal period available to them, with the exception of travel, tickets, car rental, vacation packages and airline tickets which will be validated 5 days after the date of completion of the purchase.

If you made a purchase more than 5 days ago and your purchase does not automatically appear in your Amount Available on the Earnings page, simply complete the Claim Missing Purchases request.

Returns are subject to the return policy of the retailer you purchased from. If you return or cancel an item or booking, any cashback granted in respect of that purchase will be reversed. Exchanges also result in cashback being reversed. When an exchange occurs, the retailer cancels the old order and replaces it with a new one. When doing this, the Cashback commission we received from the retailer is reversed and a new commission is not established because the new order was not made through thete Complete Savings website. To avoid missing out on cashback, make sure all returns are final. If you need an exchange, have the retailer refund you, then make another order through the Complete Savings website.

If you click on Earnings page in the top navigation bar you can view your transactions and your Amount Available.

We sent every new member a Welcome Pack email the day they sign up. If you are a member, we would have sent this to the email address you provided when you signed up. The Welcome Pack contains details about how to make the most of your membership. During the first 30 days of your membership, we will contact you by email multiple times to remind you about your membership benefits and your upcoming billing date. Then we continue to send regular emails about the programmes. If we are unable to deliver emails to the address we have on record, after several failed attempts, we will contact you by post.

Yes. When you click through to a retailer from Complete Savings and make a purchase, you are on a secure connection called Secure Socket Layer (SSL).

Shopping at Complete Savings is easy. Log in with your username and password and click on your favorite store. The store will open in a new window. Make your purchases as you normally would and in a few days your purchase will be registered on the Earnings page.
