1. How soon are cash backs credited to my account?
Most cash backs are credited within 48 hours. However, it is possible for this process to take up to 30 days. Some Affiliated Merchants participating in the Cash Back Network are able to report your purchase as soon as the product is dispatched. Some Affiliated Merchants, however, cannot confirm your purchase until the return period for the product you have purchased has elapsed.
Once you complete your purchase, Webloyalty International Sarl ("WL") actively requests an order confirmation from the Affiliated Merchant so we can credit your account as soon as possible. Once the Affiliated Merchant finalises the purchase details, we will immediately send you notification via email and update your account summary. When using vouchers and special offers at any of our Affiliated Merchants, we can only guarantee your cash backs with the use of vouchers that are listed on the Webloyalty Program Website ("Website"). 2. When do I get my cash back cheque?
Each month, we will send you a cash back cheque ("Cheque") for purchases posted during the previous month. However, if your cash backs total less than €5, we'll credit your account as soon as the total cash backs have reached €5. Cash back cheques will be sent by the 15th day of the following month.

3. How do I make sure I'm saving as much as possible?
We make it easy. Just click on the Cash Back Network link from within the Website. You can look for Affiliated Merchants or products by using our search box. You can browse the category you are looking for, or view all Affiliated Merchant cash backs. Click on the Affiliated Merchant and you'll be getting cash back automatically.

4. Where do my cash backs go?
Your cheque will be posted directly to you at your Member Profile address. If no address is present in your account profile, we will be unable to send you a cheque and your cash backs will be rolled over into your account balance.

5. Do all purchases I make at any Affiliated Merchant participating in the Cash Back Network get credited by WL?
Yes, if you start at the Website. If you do not click through the Website or download and use our Savings Key prior to entering the website of the Affiliated Merchant, you will not be credited with a cash back. (There are also some products that do not qualify for cash backs -- see below.) If you click through Website and make a purchase, then surf elsewhere on the Web and return to that Affiliated Merchant and make a second purchase, your second purchase will not earn a cash back. (You must click through the Website every time you shop at an Affiliated Merchant website) If you use multiple windows on your browser, the window in which you shop at the Affiliated Merchant must have been originated at our Website.

6. Can I use special offers and vouchers and still earn a cash back?
We work with our Affiliated Merchant to provide you with special offers and vouchers that you can combine with the cash backs for maximum savings. We try very hard to provide you with an extensive list of Affiliated Merchant special offers and vouchers. Please refer to the special offers page on our Website or the Affiliated Merchant search for these offers. If you choose to use vouchers and special offers that are not listed on the Website, we cannot guarantee that you will be eligible to receive a cash back on your purchases. It is advisable to check with each Affiliated Merchant to see if they allow such combination for special offers and vouchers not listed on the Website.
Furthermore, please be advised that vouchers and special offers listed on the Website are subject to change. Restrictions may apply. WL tries to present the most accurate offers but cannot make guarantees due to the time-sensitive nature of these promotions.

7. Can I use online currencies while shopping through the Cash Back Network?
No, you may not use online currencies while shopping through the Cash Back Network.

8. Can I use MSN Passport at the Cash Back Network?
No, you may not use MSN Passport while shopping through the Cash Back Network.

9. Do all purchases qualify for a cash back?
Virtually every item you purchase through the Cash Back Network qualifies for a cash back. We cannot, however, give cash backs for taxes, delivery, or any portion of a purchase that is paid for with vouchers, gift certificates or a credit provided by the Affiliated Merchant. Any purchase of products and services in which the transaction is substantially completed by telephone does not qualify for a cash back. In addition, any Affiliated Merchant specific special terms are listed on the individual Affiliated Merchant detail page prior to clicking through to the website of the Affiliated Merchant.

10. How do I know WL is tracking my purchases while I am shopping?
By starting at the Website your purchases will automatically be tracked, when you first get to your shopping destination you will see a cash back confirmation pop-up.

12. How can I access my transaction history?
If you click on "Cashback Balance" in the top navigation bar you may view your summary transactions and cash backs earned.

13. How can I update my account information?
Click on "My account" in the top navigation bar. Then click on the "Personal Details" hyperlink in the first sentence. This page will allow you to view your current profile and make any necessary changes to your name, address, and where we send your cheque.

14. How do I search for an Affiliated Merchant or a product?
Find the search box below the top navigation bar in the Cash Back Network area of the Website. Type the name of the Affiliated Merchant or product you're looking for, and click the "go" button.

15. Can I use the Cash Back Network if I live outside the Republic of Ireland?
No, you must be a resident of the Republic of Ireland to be a member of theWebloyalty Program and to subsequently become a member of the Cash Back Network.

16. What if the retailer that I want is not offered through the Cash Back Network?
We are working hard to ensure our Members will enjoy a variety of goods and services from a wide range of retailers. If we do not have your favourite retailer, or if you would like to recommend a retailer to us, simply email our customer care department at: cashbacknetwork@completesavings.ie We will do everything possible to have your favourite retailer as one of our Affiliated Merchants.

17. Do gift certificates qualify for a cash back?
No. WL can't give cash backs for the portion of a purchase that is made with gift cards, vouchers or certificates. Nor can we give cash backs for the purchase of gift certificates, vouchers or gift cards.

18. What if I want to return or cancel an order?
Returns are subject to the return policy of the Affiliated Merchant from whom you purchased. If you return or cancel an item, we have to reverse any cash back granted in respect of that purchase.

Exchanges make a cash back ineligible. In the process of an exchange, the Affiliated Merchant cancels the old order and replaces it with a new one. When doing this, the commission received by WL from the Affiliated Merchant is reversed and a new commission is not established because the Affiliated Merchant has created a new order (thus meaning the order was not completed through the Cash Back Network - but placed through the Affiliated Merchant directly). Because of this, the Affiliated Merchant will not pay WL the commission, which means WL does not have a cash back to pass on to you.

To avoid losing the cash back, please make sure all returns are final and that they do not constitute an exchange. Have the Affiliated Merchant refund your credit card, and then re-place the order through the Cash Back Network to receive the cash back.

19. Are my transactions secure when going through the Cash Back Network?
Yes. When you check out at any of our Affiliated Merchants, you are on a very safe connection called a Secure Socket Layer (SSL).

20. What are "cookies" and how do I enable them?
Cookies are simply text files that allow a website to recognise you when you return to that website. This means you don't have to log-in again and again. Cookies used by WL on the Website and by our network of Affiliated Merchants are safe and they are enabled by default with most browsers.
